Strict deadlines can present a problem to large teams, especially a fully remote one. Organisation is key. After combining our competitor research with that provided by the Dearest team, we were able to host an ideas session (‘Ideation workshop’). This time was dedicated to generating as many ideas as possible, allowing us to quickly assess what would and wouldn’t work, and to define the individual app user personas. We then moved on to tackle the app concept, creating storyboards and building low-fidelity prototypes.
In the second week, we split into two teams. The UX designers began working on the mid-fidelity prototypes whilst the UI designers and creative artists focused on the aesthetics and style of the app. We came together in the second half of the week to move onto the high-fidelity prototypes.
Thanks to our effective collaboration on the high-fidelity prototype, we were able to begin our third and final week building an interactive prototype and move on to the testing phase. We rolled out our MVP (minimum viable product) to seven potential users whose profiles we had defined earlier in the sprint process. Our UX Design Team analysed the results of this phase, outlining potential improvements. We took the final part of the week to make improvements and iterations based on this testing before handing over the completed project to the client.

Nasara is dedicated to helping merchants thrive and makes customer relationships easier by moving them to Whatsapp. With Nasara, sellers can create an appealing shop front, evaluate customer interactions and set up message automation. Bonanza Design created the Nasara platform in a 6-week UX Design & Branding Sprint. The team crafted an experience that both target (sellers) and end customers (buyers) would find value in.

Lean Testing should be the lifeblood of all companies. We know that 9 out of 10 business ideas fail; we know that in 42% of these cases, the failure is due to a misreading of the market demand. Sprints provide you with the keys to ongoing and efficient testing, leading your business towards the ideas that will become successful.
The client in this Lean Innovation Sprint had initially reached out for opportunities to grow their business. Alongside this, the sprint would act as a consultation and training program to allow their team to implement its mindset and methods. The company was established and fairly traditional; as with all successful businesses, they recognised the need for internal growth and development, allowing Bonanza Design to guide them through this phase of readjustment. The company engaged in active learning, experiencing the tasks and workshops whilst also learning how to facilitate and apply them.
The outcome was more than just a validated business idea: the client walked away with a step-by-step guidebook for lean testing.
For this project, we wanted to find the right product for our clients to enter the German market with.They already operate in other countries.
In the first 2 sprints, we focused on finding the product to launch. We let 11 products compete against each other and collected data to make a statement about their performance. Finally, we were able to find a product that stood out. Therefore we wanted to know more details about how the product should look like exactly. The next step was to find the right price point. With an A/B/C/D test, we came up with an experiment that would test 4 different price points for the same product.
Dearest gives its audience access to a low-barrier digital mental wellness solution. They connect individuals who want to better their relationships with certified relationship coaches. We had the pleasure to design and test the Dearest MVP in a 3 weeks UX design sprint.
